Race for invincible!!!!
Manchester City is in their most advancing form recently. They had 18 consecutive wins which was broken by Crystal Palace and almost their dream for being invincible went in vain if the spot kick was converted into a solo goal.

In 1888-1889, Preston North End became the first English club to win FA cup and First League championship (18 wins, 4 draws and no losses) becoming an invincible. After so many years in the football, another such miracle was seen in Wenger's Gooners of 2004-2005. They won the English Premier League with 26 wins, 12 draws and no losses showing the shift of power from the red devils.
Football has been such a competitive and unpredictable game where lot of clubs are trying their unbeatable records. Even a team who is performing low in the season can be a team who can beat the unbeaten. Last season, Chelsea were beaten by Spurs after 14 unbeaten race. Pep Guardiola's army had a great transfer market and the dressing room full of multiple talents. Raheem Sterling is in his greatest form after switching from Liverpool.
Now we are in the half of the season where most of the players are weary and get injured more frequently. Football schedule is going to be hectic for big clubs as they have to keep their run in Champions League and other cups. With the injury to Gabriel Jesus and Kevin De Bruyne in the game with Crystal Palace and a nail biting situation where Ederson luckily saved the injury time penalty to keep the Manchester City's hope to be invincible, it is time to see if Pep can go forward with their fantastic game play.
Manchester City can easily beat the Arsenal record of 26 wins and 12 draws till now as they have 19 wins and 2 draws. It is great to watch some fantastic era of the football with Mourinho, Conte, Pep and Klopp within the same league and such invincible performance is going to be possible.
